Cancellation Policy
24-hour advance notice is required when canceling a massage appointment.  If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full cost of your scheduled service.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged the full cost of their "missed" scheduled service.

Please note: if you are feeling sick, have flu-like symptoms, or have 
been exposed to someone who's tested positive for COVID-19, please call Derek ASAP to reschedule your appointment.

Late Arrivals

Depending upon how late you arrive, Derek will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Your session may be shortened when another massage client is scheduled for an appointment that immediately follows your scheduled time.  Regardless of the length of the treatment provided, you will be responsible for the "full" session that was originally scheduled. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.  

It is understood that sometimes life requires scheduling changes. Respectfully, to be fair and equitable to all my clients, it is important that the cancelation policy is honored and followed by all.  This policy is intended to allow someone else the opportunity to schedule an appointment that was previously unavailable due to your scheduled appointment and to avoid the loss of revenue that I depend on as an independent service provider.
